In terms of local amenities, there is a shop just over the road which is really handy and Wellington centre is 15 mins walk away where there is a market, various shops, banks, pubs and restaurants.

Rent includes all bills, cleaner for common areas once per week plus high-speed wireless internet plus gardener monthly

There is a shared kitchen/ diner with cutlery/crockery and saucepans, dining table, washing machine, microwave with a grill, kitchen appliances, hob/oven, two fridge freezers.

Outside there is a good sized driveway with parking for 4 cars with marked parking bays to help tenants. To the rear there is a patio with lawned area plus rotary washing line.

Inside the house is a strictly no-smoking zone.
