I work away from home during the week so you would have the use of the whole house - bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and dining room (second bedroom excluded). The bedroom is part furnished and contains a double futon bed and double chest of drawers. Rent includes all bills inc broadband. Belongings can be left while away.
On road parking either outside the house or on the main road. Batheaston is on a main bus route serving Bath city centre (15-20mins) and has local amenities including a post office. The village offers easy access to Melksham, Chippenham, Trowbridge, Bradford on Avon, Frome and the M4 motorway.
Lots of open countryside for walking and a level walk/cycle to Bath along the Kennet & Avon canal.
Small garden with option for storing a bike if required.
