Male young professional housemate wanted

We are looking for a housemate to join 3 friendly, non smoking, young professionals ( 1 guy and 2 girls. )
The house is in the Oldfield Park area of Bath which is just a 20 minute walk or a short bus ride from the city centre.
The bedroom has just been redecorated, has a new carpet and curtains and is fully furnished complete with a double bed, while the rest of the house is well equipped, has gas central heating and double glazing, with a living room and a large kitchen. The bathroom has been recently refitted with a large walk in shower.
There is a sunny rear garden maintained by me, the live out landlord and permit on street parking. The house also has fibre broadband.
Rent is inclusive of council tax, water rates and TV licence.
The room would ideally suit a male, young professional as I always keep the house balanced 50/50 guys to girls.
