Situated on the banks of the River Avon just a mile from Bath city centre, Waterside Court is ideal if you’re studying at Bath Spa University - the Newton St Loe campus is a 15-minute bus ride away.

Home to 316 students, Waterside Court is right next door to our Charlton Court property. All rooms here have their own bathroom, but you’ll share your kitchen and lounge with flatmates - ideal for getting to know people when you’re new.

The common room here is small and cosy and great for unwinding in, with a free pool table and a sofa/TV area. Outside, there’s a large courtyard with picnic tables and benches which is a lovely thing to have when the weather’s nice.

It’s a 25-minute walk from here into the centre of Bath. But, outside neighbouring Charlton Court you’ll find a NextBike cycle hire point - it takes less than 10 minutes to cycle in. Also, Oldfield Park rail station is a short walk away and services get you to Bristol in 15 minutes.
