A newly refurbished and redecorated one bedroom flat situated minutes from beautiful Bath city centre (a 10 minute walk to the Roman Baths).

We have put a lot of thought into all the amenities you may need and what makes a place comfortable - including two smart TVs with Netflix and a double bed with new Simba mattress and luxurious bedding. Parking also available.

The flat is situated on the ground floor in a period building, with a communal entrance hallway. Due to the elevation, it enjoys views over Bath to the rear, including a view of Bath Cathedral.

A new bathroom has just been fitted with Grohe fixtures and a heated towel rail. A new kitchen has also been installed, with all the amenities needed to cook your own meal, including a washing machine and under-counter fridge freezer.

Modern, smart heaters will keep you toasty and the flat has secondary glazing throughout to minimise noise. Blackout curtains are fitted in both the bedroom and living room.
