Bright double room available in Bath

Our tenant will be returning home to Germany at the end of May so we have a bright, sunny, double room to let in our house between Camden and Larkhall. The room is available from 1st June until 1st September 2024. We are an easy 15 min walk down into town or you can take the No. 6/7 bus from the top of the road. The double room is light and freshly decorated and has double bed, desk, bedside table, book unit, built in cupboard, chest of drawers, under-bed storage and additional shelving. The bathroom has both bath and shower and will be used only by yourself and our 17 yr old daughter (although she will be going off to uni in September).
There is a large kitchen, living room, utility and sunny garden.
We have a cockapoo, Jasper, and 2 cats. Jasper will probably always greet you when you come in but he doesn't go upstairs. The cats do, but won't go in your room unless you invite them in!
My husband and I both work full time and our daughter is at college. Our son is away at uni but will occasionally be back home.
We are pretty relaxed people and are looking for someone who is independent, respectful, clean and tidy to share our home with.
