Our home is just a 20-minute walk from Bath city centre and around 30 minutes to the University of Bath.

You will share the bathroom with one other lodger (we have our own en suite), and there’s also a separate toilet downstairs next to the kitchen, so you’ll never be waiting for the loo. :)

The house is bright and spacious, with two lounge areas (both with TVs). You’ll have access to the one connected to the kitchen, as shown in the pictures. There’s also a large garden with stunning views over the valley and river. All rooms look out onto this view.

We’re a relaxed couple (female and male) living in the house, but it’s a big place so you might not see us much!
