Single room in Bath suburbs.

On bus routes. . I have two other lodgers. . The room will be furnished with a single bed a small cupboard with shelves and drawers and a rail for clothing. All bills are included in the rent money. There will be space given in the larder as well as the fridge for food storage. I do not allow clothes to be dried on radiators as this creates damp on the walls. I have a caretaker who lives in, he will be available for any issues. I am very accommodating and happy to provide references from previous lodgers as well as my current lodgers. The room is newly decorated with brand new carpets. This room is only available from February 25. I will not respond to anyone asking to move in earlier. I will accept a holding deposit. Your deposit will be held by deposit protection until notice is given. Please note this is a minimum 6 month lease. If notice is given before 6 month your deposit will not be refunded.
