Looking for someone to occupy a furnished double bedroom for January 2026.

Beautiful characteristic home within 15 minute walking distance to central Bath. And a 5 minute walk from oldfield park train station.

Three-bedroom house, looking to rent one room as pictured in the add. The other two rooms are currently occupied by two friendly, easy-going, working professional females (one of which works from home).

There's a beautiful, cosy living room in the property, renovated master bathroom, 1 smaller bathroom, breakfast room, kitchen and garden.

The room itself has a small built in wardrobe, sink and a double bed. There’s space for a set of drawers or a small desk. The room overlooks the garden (at the end of which is the oldfield park train track), so is bright throughout the day.

The housemates are looking for someone easy going, tidy/clean and likes a good chat/their own downtime. The housemates enjoy spending time together, the outdoors, going on adventures, music, Netflix, cafes and time in the garden. As they are in their mid/late twenties they enjoy quieter weekends with the occasional pub visit or rugby game. The house feels like home and we would love to find someone that wants the same.

The new housemate must be ok with dogs, as one of the housemates dog sits occasionally.

Bills: £150 on top of rent (handled by us as landlords)

Off street parking might be available depending on need/frequency of use.
