double room in three story, three bedroomed house, shared bathroom, there is a second toilet. large garden that backs onto the river Avon with access for kayaking and wild swimming. I am close to the canal and walking distance to town, bus and railway station. its a fabulous location, beautiful parks and walks.

my home would suit a professional woman who is clean and tidy and a non drinker! I have no objections to smoking outside.

I have three wonderful cats in the property, they will love your attention

there is on street parking however a permit is required and that would be at extra cost to you, these can be purchased in monthly, three/ six monthly or annually.

I am an easy going 43 year old woman with adult children & a four year old grandson who no longer live at home. they visit occasionally for meals so sometimes it can feel like a busy household but mostly its just me and my cats plodding through each week, I have a Male friend with two dogs who visits and stay over occasionally and I stay at his.

I work as a carer in the community so I am out early most days. I am also a horse owner so he takes up a lot of my time too. I am teetotal so my home wouldn't suit a drinker or party head, sorry! I am not a total bore I do festivals and have fun but these days I like to relax of an evening so I can manage my busy days
I do not object to visitors and occasional overnight stays but this must be discussed and agreed in advance.
