Newly Renovated Double Room

Our cosy recently-refurbished double room is perfect for professionals or postgrads. Fitted with new furniture, new carpet, freshly painted walls, with a wardrobe, mirror and under-bed storage space. We’re also happy to provide a desk if required for working from home – or gaming – we don’t judge!
The kitchen is fully-equipped for your every need (we like to cook!) so no need to bring those heavy pots and pans with you.
You’ll be living with us – Rafe and Tash – and another lodger - Leo - we’re all easy-going, a little nerdy. We’re friendly and love a good chat but value a balance between socialising and personal space. The vibe in the house is pretty relaxed, with the occasional dinner, game night, or bbq on the south-facing sun-trap patio when the weather is better, but usually we’ll just be chilling with the latest Netflix series. We want you to feel comfortable in our home so we respect quiet time and personal space.
We’d love to find someone who’s equally as considerate, clean, down-to-earth and respectful.
We also have a cat, Biscuit, our brown tabby, who tends to keep to himself – he’s quite shy so you’ll only see him lounging in his favourite spots or climbing trees outside.
We have amenities such as a Coop, pharmacy, takeaways ect very close. We have secure bicycle storage if your're a cyclist. You can easily get to the town centre on the no1 bus (20mins).
