Large double room for rent in Bath, just off the popular Moorland road, which has supermarkets, shops, cafes and takeaways.

A 15 min walk to the centre of Bath and 3 minutes to the nearest train station, Oldfield Park, which provides easy access to the centre of Bristol.

The main bathroom is shared with one other housemate, Viv ( Yannis has an ensuite). Shared living room, dining and kitchen areas. There is a separate utility room with washing machine & tumble dryer.

Bills Included: council tax (band C), gas, electric, water, internet, TV licence and a selection of streaming services.

The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, wardrobe, TV with amazon fire stick, chest of drawers, bedside table, mirror, wastebasket, desk and chair. Feather duvet and pillows can be provided.

Existing housemates are both working professionals and their interests lie in music, sports, art & design, cooking and sampling Bath's many coffee shops. Looking for someone who is happy to have a beer and a chat!

Postgraduate and mature students are welcome. Transport links to University of Bath and Bath Spa University are located close by.
