A bright, peaceful double room is available in a recently renovated home on Upper East Hayes, Bath. The house was fully repainted and re-carpeted throughout in 2024, and benefits from a brand-new kitchen and utility room fitted with Bosch and AEG appliances.

The available room is located at the front of the house. The bedroom is let unfurnished (please note the photo shows a previous furniture layout). It’s a generously sized space — large enough to comfortably accommodate a king-size bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers. There is no built-in storage, so tenants should plan to bring their own.

Shared spaces are furnished and include a calm lounge with sofa, armchair and TV, a four-person dining room, conservatory, and a well-kept garden. The third bedroom is reserved for the live-out landlord.

You’ll be sharing with one other young professional (male, 25), who is clean, respectful, and easy to live with. He works full-time and enjoys sports and a quiet lifestyle. I’m the live-out landlord and will occasionally use the office room during the day for work, but won’t be staying overnight.
