There is regular public transport to the university and the city centre as well as off-street parking. The house has a shared kitchen/dining area and bathroom as well as a garden and off-street parking. A UK based guarantor is required. The tenancy agreement is until August 2026 and a tenant would preferably be available to move in around mid January. The whole house is available so groups of three are also welcome.
