9 Albion Place, Flat 1, is a lovely maisonette flat with a private garden, positioned less than a 5 minute walk from the river path, and about 15 minutes from the center of town. Just across the street is beautiful Victoria Park.
The flat boasts a spacious living room, with lots of light from its large Georgian window. Downstairs is a bright, cozy kitchen with an oven, microwave, refrigerator, plenty of cabinets and drawers for storage, and bar stools tucked beneath the counter perfect for a quick breakfast. Unusually, the flat actually has two fridges, one small one built into the kitchen and a large one in the hall just outside the kitchen. If the flatmate wanted to have a fridge all to themselves, they could have the smaller fridge all to themselves :)
Down the hall is the spacious bathroom with underfloor heating, heated towel rail, shower and toilet.
The bedroom on offer is located in the downstairs (basement) with a double bed, nightstand and large wardrobe. There is room for a desk and a chest of draws. Limited light in the bedroom due to being in the basement, would suit someone who appreciates a dark room for sleeping.
The live-in landlord's bedroom is situated on the floor above, offering a degree of separation.
The flat also has a functioning washer/dryer.

Seeking a quiet, work or study focused flatmate to occupy the downstairs bedroom. I am quite serious about my studies, and need my home to be a quiet and calm environment so I can focus. I like to cook, do crafts, and am very chill and easy to get on with, assuming you treat the space and myself with consideration and respect :)
I do not drink or smoke--please do not apply if you smoke or vape, as I am very sensitive to those chemicals and smells, and preferably no heavy drinkers.
