We work in creative industries and split our time between working from home and the office. The house has a calm, friendly, and respectful vibe — more relaxed evenings than parties.

We warmly welcome international students, Erasmus students, postgraduates, and are also very happy to hear from young professionals or working professionals looking for a comfortable, homely place to live.

We provide cleaning products and household basics. We just ask that you help keep shared spaces tidy, take out recycling, and occasionally feed our cat or water the garden when we’re away.

🚗 Parking

Permit parking may be available for longer-term lets. This would be via resident permit parking, paid for by the tenant, and would require you to update your V5C (vehicle log book) to this address.
