The house is next to St James Surgery (Bath) and has four bedrooms, 1 bathroom.
The room costs £550 PCM and the deposit has already been paid by all of the existing tenants including me. The room is furnished (the desk and chair are mine however and will not be there once you move in).
There is a washing machine, tumble dryer and a shared living room/kitchen.
Council Tax is band D but if you are a full time student you will be exempt from paying this.
You will need to speak to the agency to go through the referencing process (using Canopy).
