WHAT - a room and a private study in a house with 2 other roommates. Shared living room/kitchen and bathroom. Comes with white goods - cooker, fridge, dish washer, washing machine, dryer.
HOW MUCH - £700pm rent (not including bills)
OTHER INFO - the current tenants are all women and would prefer another woman to replace me. Less than a 5 minute walk to Morrisons and 10-15 minutes into city centre.
