Three bedrooms, a very large kitchen and dining area, a very large living room, and a bathroom. Two bedrooms are for rent. The biggest one on the same floor of the living room, kitchen and toilet, 500/per month. Another one is on the top floor, which is smaller than downstairs but still big, 450/per month. And all bills will be shared.

The British landlord is an elderly gentleman who is very nice. You can ask him anytime if you need repairs. He will also provide assistance with daily life.

Expectations for a future roommate: No parties, no smoking, clean, respectful of roommates, quiet, no bringing strange people home for overnight stays, and willing to share council tax. Couples and LGBT individuals are not welcome.
