Flat near Bath city centre

Looking for a new flatmate!

I have a fantastic ensuit double room available in beautiful Georgian town house flat behind the royal crescent.

Location:
The flat is conveniently located just a 25-minute walk from Bath Spa station, 10 minutes walk from the city center and 5 minutes walk from the Royal Crescent.

The proprety:
The flat is fully equipped with a washing machine, fridge, kettle, toaster, oven, and induction hob, with plenty of cupboard space.
It was originally unfurnished, but my flatmate and I have furnished the shared areas.
A few items (e. g., the table, chair, and one fridge) belong to the current tenant and will be taken when she leaves, so these may need replacing.

The room :
unfurnished and comes with a walk-in cupboard and an en-suite bathroom.

I’m a 25-year-old professional who has lived in Bath since graduating from Bath University and work a typical 9–5 in the office. I enjoy keeping active, being outdoors, and socialising. I’m tidy and clean, happy to have a chat, but also respectful of people's privacy.

I’m usually around in the evenings and occasionally have friends staying over, so I’m happy for you to have guests too
