1 room in 3 bedroom share, PhD Student or Postdoc

Hello! We have a double room to let in central Bath - available from 12th June to postgraduate students or postdocs.

This room is in a 3 bed, 1 bathroom flat with a shared kitchen/living room. It comes furnished with a double bed with under storage and a wardrobe (bookshelf and bedside tables in images not featured).

We are both PhD students, so ideally looking for another PhD student/postdoc to move in! We are looking for nice, clean, tidy, respectful, social people who can ideally become friends. :)

The flat is in a perfect location right in the heart of the city centre, 1 mins from a bus stop up to the university, and a 5 minutes walk from the Bath Spa Train station as well as the coach station.

Rent is £673.40, bills are not included but estimated £75pp for students (not including council tax).
