Hi guys, I'm a current flatmate at this city-centre house and would love to stay on if possible, as it's a really nice property & great value (but all my current flatmates are graduating this year). It is located just on top of the Royal Crescent and a Co-op is just 1 minute away - super convenient. There are 5 double bedrooms available, 3 large and 2 smaller (so in the past we pay different rents to make it all fair!), with 2 shared bathrooms and 1 living room.
