Hello, my name is Maddie and I am looking for a new housemate to share the two bed flat I live with.

I am 28, moved to Bath about a year and a half ago, and work as an Occupational Therapist based at the hospital. I am looking to live with other professionals who are respectful and friendly. I am clean, tidy, and love to cook/bake (probably also worth noting I cook with nuts a lot). I am easy to get along with and enjoy having a chat (usually over a cup of tea)!
I would like to live in a peaceful, happy house with clean and tidy communal areas and shared respect for each other.

I'm sociable and like to have people to stay some weekends/ go away others. I also have friends round for dinner during the week sometimes and would often extend this to my housemate too. I am very happy for a housemate to likewise have friends round until a reasonable time.

Flat is located in central bath. Room is spacious with single bed*, wardrobe, built in cupboard, two chest of drawers, bedside table, desk (if wanted) and chair. One large Georgian window.

*My current housemate has managed to fit the single bed frame under her own raised double bed. Alternatively I was able to acquire a double bed and made an agreement with the landlady that the double bed would be left behind on move out and that I would get rid of the single bed.

Also in the flat one bathroom with shower/bath, kitchen with usual amneties and washing machine, sitting room with very comfy sofa and space to chill as well as to hang washing, end room with table and chairs for mealtimes and a single spare bed for guests as well as a great view over the city.

The sitting room and kitchen share a window looking onto each other but not to outside so sitting room tends to be a cosy space whilst the end room is good for sunlight.

I have a good relationship with the landlady who lives close by and tends to be pretty responsive to any concerns raised.

No garden but large and lovely park one street over. Flat is up two flights of stairs.

No pets.

Parking permit available Zone 7

Cost: £625 plus bills (~£152). Council tax band C.
