Self contained room for new lodger

Hello,
New lodger who enjoys peace, quiet and their own space is needed for my peaceful little house.
This single room is in my family home and ideal for a busy person who is looking for a base in Bath to sleep and relax after a days work.
I am a professional in education and although nice and friendly, I am quiet at home, and like to keep myself to myself most of my time.
However, I have family visiting from time to time, so the house will be little busier on these rare occasions.
There is a small FRIDGE, MICROWAVE and KETTLE in the room. My last lodgers, chose to stay with me for up to 2 years, so I know these rooms are comfortable.
There are limited kitchen cooking facilities, apart from in the room, due to some ongoing work on the house, but this is subject to ongoing change. The rent reflects this lodging, at just £16 per day inclusive. This includes all bills, including council tax which is equivalent to over £66 per month if charged just a third of the properties council tax in this area of Bath.
I supply bedding and towels if needed, as well as toilet roll, cleaning materials, gloves and handgels and washing up liquid.
Our home is within walking distance to the town centre. We are in a popular area of mainly Victorian housing. There are local shops and a supermarket very close by.
If you are clean, tidy, don’t really like cooking and want a peaceful base to rest your head after a days work then this room could be ideal for you.
