Room available in a quiet and private no-through road, just a 400 metre walk across the golf course to the beach. Close to J22 M5. 10 miles to Bridgwater, 8 to Weston Super Mare, and 4 to Highbridge - all serviced by train stations.
Use of kitchen with large table, 120ft garden with large patio area, and a gated wilderness with trees and pond, beyond, where you may find apples, blackberries, and newts and squirrels. (Obviously the newts and squirrels are not for consumption. 😆)
The bedroom is around 10'x10'.
Smokers welcome, but smoking is only in the conservatory (if rolling tobacco), or outside (car port for shelter).
I'm around the house most of the time, as is my lurcher, but I'm pretty quiet, apart from the odd twang on a guitar or the occasional dinner party.
There's a Co-op about 3 minutes' walk away, and a farm shop/garden centre less than a mile away. The village green is just at the top of the road.
Only 8 houses in the road, so we're a nice little community, with ocassional summer BBQs.
Rent includes bills, clothes washing tabs, tea/coffee/sugar, cooking oil, cleaning.
