Hello. We are looking for a friendly Lodger/s to join our family home in Cotford st Luke.
We are Christian and loving family home, We (Matt and Jess) have been married for 9 years. We have lived with lodgers from various backgrounds and ways of life, for over 15yrs, we are very well practiced at being considerate, friendly and fun housemates.
We have two well behaved friendly children aged 8yrs and 5 yrs, who sleep through the night. Due to this we would like evidence of DBS check. And will help organise this if required.

We are offering our beautiful double aspect large bedroom, with its own brand new allocated bathroom. Perfect for any Lodger, or Couple. It's on the opposite side of the house to the other two rooms to allow peaceful living. There is also working TV Ariel point. Double bed with comfy mattress and large chest of drawers.

Downstairs we have a large kitchen, with dishwasher and washing machine and tumble dryer (reasonable use included in bill). There's a small table with chairs for sitting and chatting and a large Dining room for meals. The living room has two comfy sofas, a TV with Xbox. There is fibre optic wireless internet, (30bg) a landline (free calls to landline AND mobile)

The house has street parking and a garage for storage. We have a good sized garden with patio and outside funiture. And have some planters if you have green fingers and fancy growing things.

Cotford St Luke has a regular bus service to town (bus stop 150yrds away) and well as a lovely pub and a well stocked co-op. The area is beautiful and has some gorgeous walks.

Rent is £470/m
Bills are fixed at £50 single occupancy, £70 Double occupancy.
We are looking for a relaxed, friendly housemate who wants a home rather than just a room.
Band C Council tax.
