A friendly 3 storey house share on the edge of Stockmoor, Bridgwater, currently occupied by two males aged between 22-25 years old. The room is a small double and comes furnished with a double bed, storage unit and shelving; there is also additional hallway storage for the room.

The room comes with shared bathroom, and full use of the ground floor kitchen, dining, and TV living area. All bills are included, and there is one off road parking space, as well as plenty of on street parking outside of the house.

The house is situated on the edge of Stockmoor, with quick access to the M5, Junction 24 and a pick up point for Hinckley C by the junction. It would suit commuters or Hinckley point workers, and the town centre is around a 10-15 minute drive in dependent on traffic. There is a good local pub within easy walking distance.

The room is priced low, to fill quickly, as the room is available only for the next 9 months (until the start of August 2019) when I will be returning from my job and travels overseas. This would be a perfect house to live in if you are just starting out living independently and don’t have the biggest budget, or are just wanting a welcoming and warm house to call home for the next 9 months. James and Rob, the two current housemates, are friendly and don’t mind being social if you are, but also like their own space.

There is a cat who comes with the house, who will pester you for cheese. No other pets accepted unfortunately.
