I have a double room available in a nice period house near Bridgwater train station. The house is in good condition with mostly new appliances, furniture and new double glazing throughout.

The house is a registered HMO with an accredited landlord, meeting all amenity and fire precaution requirements. It is located a 2 minute walk from Bridgwater train station and a ten minute walk from the town centre with all it's amenities. There is on road parking near to the property and a garage at the back of the enclosed rear garden.

The bedroom is furnished and equipped with a 32" flatscreen Smart TV. There is a double bed with new bedding. The communal areas are professionally cleaned regularly and there is a shared kitchen/dining area with fast broadband throughout. There is a downstairs bathroom with shower, a separate shower room and an upstairs WC. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge, undercounter freezer, cooker, washing machine, microwave, kettle and toaster. Plus pans, plates, glasses, utensils, etc.

I am looking for tidy and considerate people to share the house. This house would suit professional workers.

The price includes all bills and council tax. A deposit and references are required.
