My partner and I are looking to let out our spare room. The room itself has a double bed with a mattress and built-in storage with beautiful views of the Somerset countryside. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, utility room and a partly furnished living room (soon to be fully furnished). We also have a good-sized garden and allotment.
We are open to a couple sharing our space for an additional £350/pcm. It is important to us that the right person/people move in to create a comfortable and easy-going environment. We are very sociable people but equally like to get on with our own interests such as walking, gardening and spending time with our family who live nearby. We would like someone who doesn't mind occasionally having our friends and family over for dinner.
The bills roughly come to £300pm (+/-) for the entire household and will be split equally.
