A clean and comfy (newly created room) in a 4 bed non smoking household. Current housemates have been there for two and a half years.

The house has undergone some changes in recent weeks to be inline with government minimum bedroom size rules. The addition of self closing fire doors and interlinked smoke detectors are to be installed once the lockdown is lifted. Already have smoke detectors for residents safety but they now have to be radio interlinked (costing arm and leg!!, but gotta be done).

This property is now registered as an H. M. O (house in multiple occupancy) with Sedgemoor District Council private sector housing. Looks like an ordinary home on a nice estate, with plenty of parking and is all nicely decorated inside with all modern conveniences for residents use.

Landlady lives next door in a registered 6 bedroomed H. M. O and will have a large single (with double bed) coming available there soon.

This 4 bedroomed house (originally a 3 bed with garage), has been divided into 3 large singles with double beds on the first floor, while on the ground floor the garage has been converted into an en-suite bedroom. The 3rd bedroom (originally a box room in size) now exceeds minimum bedroom size and will even take a small double bed. This room is awaiting some cupboard fronts but is perfectly usable as from now in addition to the one advertised. So if there are two of you who are looking, this could be your lucky day!

All rooms are at £105 per week, with all bills, internet, use of laundry facilities etc included.

Landlady does all communal cleaning. Tenants to clean their own room and to maintain the communal areas are cleaned after use (I. e. bathroom and kitchen).

Please provide your own bedding and make sure you have your own loo rolls (cos I can’t keep up with them!!)
