Very small double room to rent in a beautiful house close to burnham seafront... The sunset over Hinckley point is quite something!!
Parking is atrocious BUT for a small annual fee you can get a permit for Lynton road car park or if you work office hours Mon-Friday parking is generally okay.
You will live with two ERRRMAZING people and sometimes bump into their even more ERRRMAZING partners.
The house has loads of living space and storage available should it be required.
It’s all been recently refurbished with 2 x bathrooms and a DISHWASHER!!! Yay!! AND There is never NO toilet paper!!
Whoever rents the room will have full use of the house and whatever’s in it, providing nothing gets f*****g broken!!
