6 bedroomed shared house in Burnham on Sea which has been completely refurbished and meets all of the safety standards required of a licensed house in multiple occupation. Nice friendly household (all men at the moment of diff ages and occupations).

Off road parking to the front and lovely communal garden at the rear, with the house I own next door (4 bed unlicensed house in multiple occupation) which is full at present.
Three bathrooms (all with showers and one with bath and over bath shower).

Live in landlady with two Jack russel cross dogs.

Landlady is the sole carer to her 92 year old mum who is within the house in a self contained annex. She’s fully with it and has a great sense of humour.

Back to the room itself :
The bed is custom made 3 feet 8 inches wide (almost a 4 foot double) by 6 feet 3 inches long with custom made raised wooden base to facilitate storage.

The lounge, dining room, kitchen, downstairs shower room, upstairs bathroom, garden and conservatory are all communal. (I allow smoking in the conservatory).

We have a good laugh in this house. The guys from next door always come over to our conservatory. I (landlady) usually put some sort of food on be it a bbq, a full English breakfast or a Sunday roast.
