Large Double Room

Ready for April I have a large ground floor room available to let in a modern, clean and tidy house (some work is currently still in progress). The available room is south facing with a bay window, is painted white, has a brand new grey hard floor and has plenty of room for a large bed and bedroom furniture (the room can be available furnished or unfurnished with room for negotiation on rent). My house is just a short walk from the town centre situated in a pleasant and quiet area of Chard. Rent is to include all bills and use of: large living/dining area, fibre optic broadband, sky tv, use of Netflix account, modern bathroom with separate shower and bath, state of the art kitchen, space in a tidy office, weekly cleaner for communal areas and use of large garden. The whole house has been renovated to a high standard by myself. The bathroom has a large double shower and a bath. The kitchen is very spacious and top of the range. I work full time and I’m often busy in the evenings and sometimes away at the weekend. I’m looking for a lodger who is tidy and respects their surroundings.
