Furniture-wise, the single room has a wardrobe unit provided and a single bed.

The house itself is furnished which includes a sofa, tv, drawers unit, dining table and coffee table in the spacious living room.

Kitchen includes an electric top cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, plenty of cupboard space, a toaster and kettle,

Newly built electric skylight that opens with a blind.

Council tax, wifi and a tv licence are included in the bills.
Only the water and electricity will be halved. Please ask more details about this if need be :)

There are plenty of shops across the road, including a Morrisons, co-op, a pharmacy and a bakery.

Outside has a private patio garden which has a lovely seating area.
There are plenty of walks to do around Combe down and is a 5 minute walk from the packhorse pub (best pizzas in bath)

I think it’s the perfect spot if you’re after a quiet home and area, thats also close to town.
I am also preferably looking for a professional female.

I work full time as a barista at a cafe in bath, and always bring home cakes and treats.
I’m generally a homebody and prefer a cozy night, but enjoy the occasional night out with friends.
I love to keep my space clean and tidy, and am respectful of shared spaces.
