Bright and airy room in a two bedroom new bungalow with a private patio garden.

Perfect location just outside the city centre with a 15 minute bus, or a half hour walk into town, or a 15 minute bus to the Uni of Bath right outside the property.

There are plenty of shops across the road including Morrisons, Co-op, a pharmacy, and bakery.

Parking is available outside the house and there is a driveway. There’s also a shared off-road parking space.

The single room comes with a wardrobe unit and single bed. Electric efficient heaters are in all rooms, and there’s a newly built electric skylight that opens with a blind.

The house is fully furnished with a sofa, TV, drawers unit, dining table, and coffee table in the spacious living room. The kitchen includes an electric hob, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle, and plenty of cupboard space.

The lounge and bathroom have been recently painted, and outside there’s a table and chairs in the garden. A gardener looks after the garden, so no maintenance worries.

Council tax, Wi-Fi, and TV licence are included in the bills. Only water and electricity will be halved, please ask for average costs if needed. No extra rates to pay.

The area is great for walks around Combe Down, and the Packhorse Pub is a 5-minute walk away (best pizzas in Bath!). Easy reach of town and university, so it would suit students or young professionals. I am preferably looking for a female.

I work as a barista and illustrator :) often bring home cakes and treats. I’m generally a homebody and enjoy cozy nights in, but like the occasional night out with friends. I like to keep my space clean and tidy and am respectful of shared areas.
