I am a Polish, mid forties male and work as a site manager/caretaker for two local primary schools. I am therefore dbs checked. I work long hours through the week but am often home at weekends. I am hoping to find a quiet professional to share the kitchen, living room, bathroom and garden with your own private bedroom.

I am looking for someone that wants to be added to the existing contract but will also consider a 3 month minimum let if you only have a short requirement and it feels right. The total cost per month including bills will be £650.
