2 Rooms for rent in Combe Down

Looking for 2 new housemates to move in from July, as our current flatmates are graduating/leaving Bath.

This property is a 4 bed bungalow on Bradford Road in Combe Down, with great transport links - less than a minute walk to the bus stop with routes into town, University of Bath, and towards Bristol, and around a 15 minute walk to Sainsbury's situated in Odd Down.

The rooms are unfurnished so open to decorating as you like. Both rooms are roughly the same size.

The kitchen has recently been redone, and the living room area is now furnished with sofas and a coffee table.

There is 1 bathroom which would be shared between 3 people, as the 4th room (already occupied) has an ensuite.

We are 2 22 year old girls, graduated from University of Bath in summer 2026, now both working in the city. We are ideally looking for housemates who are clean, tidy, and also up for socialising from time to time.

Bills are roughly £70 but to be calculated once tenancy starts.
