Well presented barn conversion, fully furnished with central heating, near the quiet village of Combwich. Although post code TA5 2PT, we're nearer TA5 2PS on a map.
Ideally situated just 5 miles from the HPC site and a short cycle to a bus pick up point.

We have off street parking, a garage for bikes and a garden. We have an ensuite double room (already let), with bed, large wardrobes, TV, and bedside cabinets. The spacious double (£115/week) has use of a shared bathroom and separate toilet.
Large fully fitted kitchen dinner, complete with cupboard space, dishwasher, a shared fridge with other lodger, and all utensils. For an additional charge washing machine and tumble drier is available.
There is also a very large lounge with another dining table.

The whole house is cleaned fortnightly, if you provide another set, towels and beds are changed and washed. For an additional charge an ironing service is available.

This house is for single occupancy but could be for a couple for an additional £75/week. Although we prefer weekday only if you need to stay occasional weekends on your shift pattern then this can be accommodated but non working weekends could be an additional charge.

We are husband and wife, an accountant working/volunteering long hours, in 1-2 evening per week, together with an agricultural lecturer and farmer working long days/evenings most days. We have a retired working collie, Jess, who is gentle and easy.
