Property is on the outer edges of Compton Dundon, so own transport is needed. There is a good amount of parking space which suits the current two male work colleagues occupying the property, as both have large vans, working for an NHS subsidiary care and support company.

A third person is now required to share the property, who needs to be animal lover, as there are also two dogs at the property.

Monthly room rental and other associated bills is £550 per month, this will need to be reviewed in October once the energy costs are updated by the regulator.
