One double en suite

Downstairs lounge

I am looking for a positive, clean housemate to join the household here at Harmony House. I have a separate section within the house so there is lots of privacy. One small double room with en suite will become available after 22nd March. I have a female nurse living downstairs with her small, quiet dog however she will only stay for six months, and therefore her large room with a seating area within the room and separate shower room will be available by the summer. I currently only have the smaller upstair's room becoming available in Spring. The small double room has a 4 ft double bed, arm chair, bedside cabinet and a full wall of a built in deep storage area in addition to the en suite. There is a communal lounge and kitchen and a fully equiped laundry room. There is also a large garden and sun lit garden room. I am a well travelled, free spirited female owner and musician and yoga lover who is often away from home so there is a lot of privacy and peace in the house. Parking is on the street or in the car park a one minute walk behind the house. I have a fire pit and seating outside for chilled evenings relaxing over a glass of wine. Previous housemates have been nurses, scientists, contract engineers but I am open to independent people with good energy who value privacy and peaceful living. I would ideally like to make this a female household for women either making their first steps in living independently away from parents or for women who may be in a period of transition and ready to have a lovely home to find peace and the space to relax. However, I will consider male lodgers according to their individual circumstances and outlook on life.
