Double room available

Room is £500/month bills included. Couples would be considered for an additional £200/month.

I have available a furnished double room with view over garden. The room is double glazed and has black out curtains, making it good for a quiet, dark nights sleep.
There is a sink in the room. You would share a bathroom, kitchen and living room with me when I am around, though I often work away from home during the week.

The house doesn't have parking but parking can usually be found on nearby roads within 3 min walk of the house or a parking permit can be bought for the carpark round the corner.

I mostly work away from home mid week so this would suit someone neat and tidy looking who doesn't mind sharing the space at weekends.

The house has a decent sized garden. Any keen gardeners are welcome.

I would consider someone with a friendly dog (preferably on the smaller side due to space). However unfortunately I have an allergy to cats so can't have them in the house.

The house is in the heart of Crewkerne, which is a small friendly town with plenty of easy charity and antique shops, Waitrose and Lidl. It is a short walk to the train station for trains to London or Exeter. Plenty of pubs, a Saturday market and lovely walks in surrounding farmland and woods. 30 min drive to beach. I find it an enjoyable place to live.
