Double room available

Please only message me if you are female looking for a room. I have available a furnished double room with view over garden. There is a sink in the room. You would share a bathroom, kitchen and living room with me. The room is double glazed and has black out curtains, making it good for a quiet, dark nights sleep.

The house doesn't have parking but parking can usually be found on nearby roads within 3 min walk of the house or a parking permit can be bought for the carpark round the corner.

I currently work mostly from home so would prefer someone who is likely to be working outside the house, however this is not essential.

The house has a decent sized garden. Until recently I worked away a lot so its now my project for the next year.

I would consider someone with a friendly dog (preferably on the smaller side due to space). However unfortunately I have an allergy to cats.

The house is in the heart of Crewkerne, which is a small friendly town with plenty of easy charity and antique shops, Waitrose and Lidl. It is a short walk to the train station for trains to London or Exeter. Plenty of pubs, a Saturday market and lovely walks in surrounding farmland and woods. 30 min drive to beach. I find it an enjoyable place to live.

Room is £500/month bills included for full-time. If you want a Mon-Fri let it's £400.
