House Share 2 (Female) in Donyatt Hill, Ilminster

Double bedroom with Day Bed in downstairs area which is separate from house and en-suite shower room. Share washing machine and separate tumble dryer. Some cupboards for lodger in Utility room. Some storage eg bikes etc in front outhouse or garden sheds.

I’m at Donyatt Hill, off A358 in the lovely village of Donyatt, close to Ilminster with good road connections to Yeovil or Taunton. Both about 30 mins away- Chard 15 mins. Double wardrobe and plenty of cupboard and under bed stores. There is also an attic and garden sheds/front outhouse for storage.
Own shower room and toilet facilities available. Non smokers/vapers please and must like animals as i have the dogs and an outdoor cat. Dogs are females, one small and medium sized non moulting breed.
Friendly old Spanish water dog who loves cuddles and a mad/bouncy somewhat manic small cockerpoo (Both are girls) The house is relatively tidy, but homely, (I am not OCD about being minimalist, the house is somewhat "characterful" quirky, warm and not austere!) and quite spacious and offers a lovely, relaxed home environment. I am a very relaxed and laid-back person as a live in landlord and would make anyone feel very welcome. I work 3 days a week in Taunton and 2 days from my separate study/office area.
My daughter who has just graduated from Uni and now lives with her boyfriend, but she has her own room when they (occasionally) visit! The access to room is via shared front door but otherwise very private as is separate to rest of house.
House has electric oven, microwave, washing machine and separate tumble drier, air fryer, plus utility room. I can give you your own cupboard for food storage and planned to get a small countertop refrigerator lodgers can use. With full fast Broadband services.
Utilities all included.

References and background checks (including a basic disclosure) are required, but I will cover the cost. References requested and a month’s deposit in advance please.
