Quiet, convenient room in central Frome

Hello :-)
I am offering a comfortable single room for either short term or long term depending on your circumstances.
It is a modern house in a small, quiet cul de sac approx 4 mins walk to the train station and 8 mins into the town centre.
Occasionally I let the other single room which is on the same floor, so sometimes the bathroom is shared. Most of the time you would have it to yourself. (I have my own on the next floor).
I am vegetarian for all reasons you can think of and would prefer a like-minded person to share my home with. I have a friendly rescue cat who does not go upstairs. We do not like perfumes, aftershaves, body sprays etc and I keep my house free from chemicals. I do not use laundry detergents and smelly soaps either and wish to keep it that way. So if you like the sound of that and are a kind and considerate person and care about your health as well as the environment then we will get along very well. I am easy-going, helpful and will chat now and then but also like space to myself and appreciate that you will also. I look forward to meeting you.
