Lodger required for single /med room in aptment

Secure single room in 2nd floor apt. Great location. 5 min walk to town, 1 min to park, 15 min to station. Room freshly decorated ,Furnished. Space for chair also.
We are married couple. Friendly, quiet, private. Keep the flat clean so would be seeking someone similar. Suit someone who enjoys a quiet life in their own space.
Spacious bathroom with overhead shower-bath, kitchen with use of electric cooker ,microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. Tumble dyer available but limited use ( winter mainly) and living room mainly for our use but ok to share.
No pets allowed but we do have pets ourselves, so would need to like animals. shared parking with us or
Nearby on street parking available.
Bills included on a fair use term. Excessive use would cost extra, eg 2 baths
a day. This is a lovely room and it will be very comfortable for the right quiet single person.. the deposit reflects the quality of this room as the carpet fitted alone was more expensive than the deposit asked with decoration and furniture to a high standard, we do need some security for this quality of room. Amenities aren’t as high but if you need a place to call home this space is comfy. We are also interested in just mon-fri stays and also weekend Friday-mon stays with the price slightly reduced price would depend but 460-470 per month .the room offered is a lovely room and is more affordable for the right person who doesn’t need all the extras.. with the cost of living this is a very reasonable price for the right person.

Just to help the room isn’t an air B and B , unfortunately you can’t just move in so the process is viewing, 2 references checkable ,2 Forms of identification ,deposit and rent . We do a written contract with minimum stay and inventory of room , this process will take 10 days min maybe less depending on yourselves and how quick we can progress. There is a process for everyone and there is this for safety for both parties. I felt I should explain as much like a job unfortunately you can’t just walk in as this is a home and a formal arrangement and safety comes first . Thanks so much for your time and understanding.
