Double with lots of space in central Frome

Double room available in central Frome. Less than ten minutes’ walk from the town centre and less than two minutes’ from the train station.

Please note - a smaller room at the back has been taken by a female lodger (Hungarian, vegetarian, other random facts available on request!).

I also rented a room here before I bought it. Hopefully that shows it’s a nice place to live!

It’s a pretty good set-up, giving you lots of space in a three-storey house:
- Downstairs is the sitting room, kitchen and conservatory.
- The 1st floor is a bathroom, this room, the other room.
- The 2nd floor is a study and shower as well as my room.

The room has a double bed, cupboard, chest of drawers, armchair and desk.

There are small front and back gardens and a garage gym. Also, two attic spaces, so plenty of storage if you need it. It's very easy to park near the back of the house.

I spend a lot of time in London for work so looking for a person who can get on well and not burn the place down. Please do send me a message if you fancy a tour.
