Bedrooms are unfurnished as the house is on the market for sale and needs to be kept tidy but we can provide basic furniture for £100 / month extraif you need furnished.

The house has just been renovated (new bathrooms, massive barn conversion space, underfloor heating) and is for sale. Therefore, we can only offer up to 3 months contracts but this may very well be extended depending on when we find a buyer. You will need to be flexible with allowing viewings and keep the place clean.

Its a friendly bunch of professionals living together and sharing a home. There are large reception rooms and a lovely kitchen diner for socialising / sharing space, 2 bathrooms and a 3rd toilet.

There is a large garden to enjoy and two very friendly housemates already in situ. Its a mature, quiet household and in a lovely spot with off road parking for all. Its a 5 minute walk to Sainsburys and 20 minutes into town centre. D2 bus to Bath runs outside the house. All bills are covered in the rent.
