House is a short walk to the town centre, close to the countryside and faces a large field. It’s only a 1 min walk to the bus stop for Bath and parking is easily available.
The house has 2 living spaces, a fully equipped shared kitchen and bathroom.

I would consider part weeks and reduce the price accordingly. Room is available to rent short or long term. Flexible contract length or short stay possible.

All bills include WiFi, council tax, water, energy, TV license, some streaming apps. Furniture can be changed or removed to suit your requirements. If you have some of your own furniture then i'm happy to accommodate in the room or storage is available. Flexible contract length or short stay possible.
