Lovely large room to let in the centre of Frome

I am looking for a lodger for a large, airy double bedroom in my flat in Catherine Street, right in the centre of Frome. The room is furnished, has a king size bed, a built-in wardrobe, a small bookcase and a desk. You are welcome to share the large living room with me and there is also a fully equipped kitchen and spacious bathroom. Broadband and all bills are included and I can provide bedding, towels and bed linen if required. There is lots of space in the build-in wardrobe for clothes and a storage space above it for suitcases etc.

The flat is occasionally visited by a dog but I would consider a pet if you have one (though unfortunately not a cat).

I am semi-retired and run my own career coaching business from home. This is a quiet household and I am looking for someone who enjoys a restful environment.

I would envisage that we share some basic household items (loo roll, milk, detergent etc. - all to be agreed)

4 weeks rent and deposit (£200) payable in advance and 2 weeks notice period.
