This would be for someone looking to share a home and co-live in a mini community with two others plus a dog. Shared interests would be important, including mindfulness, community, personal development, music, dance and kindness.

The house is spread over 3 floors and as well as the outdoor space and living/dining area downstairs, there is a second communal space on the first floor. This is used by Lynn as a office space for some of the day but evening it's a shared space and TV room.

There is also another space that can be used as an office for the new tenant. This would increase the rent to £700 per month.
