Double room in spacious house with large garden

I have a double room to rent in my warm, large, modern home on the edge of Frome. We have 2 living rooms so you can have your own space at times.

We are a 25 minute walk from town. We have a lovely big garden so if you're green fingered that would be a bonus.

I am still in the process of decorating the bedroom but will upload a photo once I've made more progress.

I have a very happy little boy who is almost 2 so it's important that I meet the right person. I don't want a stranger in the house, I want somebody who will become a friend and interact with my son.

I can't accept anybody who works from home. A tidy person is a must and I would prefer a vegetarian/vegan.

Bills and a weekly cleaner included.
