Double room in brand new house near station

Double room available in newly built home to share with one other person.

Great central location, just a 5 minute walk to Frome station (35mins direct to Bath, 40mins direct to Salisbury, 1hr direct to Bristol Temple Meads, 90mins direct to London). 10 minute walk into the centre of Frome with a thriving arts & culture scene, plethora of independent shops and cafes, and weekly markets and events.

The room itself comes with near sole use of the main bathroom (including bath and shower), as I have my own en-suite. There is a lovely open kitchen-diner with double doors out onto a large garden, which is currently being planted with a wildlife pond and flowers. There will be an outdoor seating area as well. Back inside, there is a cosy living room with large TV and a sofa bed for guests, which you are welcome to use. Streaming services on a large TV available - we can negotiate which ones at shared cost - and a PS4 if you like to game. There is a separate utility room with washing machine, and a dishwasher in the kitchen.

The room itself comes furnished with a brand new double bed, wardrobe and bedside table. The bed has lots of built-in storage for excess clothes and other possessions.

All bills are included in the price (including fast fibre broadband, electric (the house does not use gas), water, maintenance and estate fees). There is driveway parking available for a car/motorbike. If you cycle, there is secure storage space in the garage.

I have a cat, so ask that you are good with animals. Because of this, I unfortunately cannot accommodate any additional pets.

I work from my home office most weekdays and require a quiet working environment, so am looking for a housemate that spends all or most of their working/studying week out of the house.

The room is strictly single occupancy only.

Minimum stay 3 months, then monthly after that with a 4 week notice period. Longer term rental preferred.
